"Talaqi" UAE House
The "Talaqi" project emerges from an architectural vision deeply rooted in Emirati history and heritage, where true sustainability begins with understanding and embracing the local architectural language. It then reinterprets this heritage to meet contemporary cultural ,social, environmental, and economic needs. The project revives authentic traditional architectural elements, such as the wind tower (barjeel), not merely as nostalgic symbols of the past, but as functional tools reimagined to perform efficiently in response to present.
